There is no package we can currently offer Detroit for Monroe including Rondo and Sully. I'll 'splain.
1) Dumars has too much to lose and too much invested in Monroe and Drummond to not give them an honest shot at co-existing. Their skillsets on paper never did and stil don't really seem like they optimize the other player's abilities, but really they're a solid 17fter from Monroe away from having the best frontcourt in the NBA for the next 10 or so years. He's gotta let that play out, for a while at least.
2) He's also invested quite a bit in Jennings and Smith. Far too much to move any of their 4 best players before seeing how they gel. He's a big believer in talent=wins, and he believes in this collection of talent, he's probably staked his job on it. He's gotta see if they're gonna sink or swim before he makes a major move (anything less than a homerun for Monroe). The clock for him probably starts around the trade deadline if the fit doesn't look great, but a move in the offseason of 14 is much more likely, especially on draft night when he could move Monroe for a player's rights, since a few of the teams have traded protected rights to this seasons' pick away.
3) If Dumars were going to move Monroe for Rondo, he would do it only after Rondo looks back 100%, and if they can move Jennings as well. So that's likely again waiting at least until the trade deadline.
