I could see something like Rondo and Bass for Jefferson, Kanter and Burke working out great for both teams. I actually think that would work out very well for Utah especially. The Jazz culture is dead set on being competitive. This trade may not make the Jazz contenders now but it's a team that would be competitive and relevant for years to come, with probably a top 5 pick coming for them this year.

The thing is, they've been relevant and competitive for about a decade - they just haven't been good enough.  That's why they hit the reset button: because they want to try something new.
