For those that know, is that last olynyk foul a rookie foul or a foul in the nba but not college??

He didn't even raise his elbow. Just used it to create space

Not sure about it being a rookie foul, but I though it was his off-hand pushing off straight arm into the defender (but not much contact at all).  at least that's what I saw.  Not sure it was something that would get called too often -- maybe a pre-season rookie call.
