The reports of players noting his "attention to detail" and being a "perfectionist" and also the accent/politeness... Maybe it's just me, but he reminds me of Coach Taylor and I that makes me like him even more as the Celtics new coach.

he's very humble and base on his track record at Butler makes me like him a lot. With the players comparing him to Doc and how he pays attention to details makes me like him even more.
