Birdman's legal problems cleared up

Finally, an explanation, one that involves international identity theft. 

Allegedly, a Canadian woman who stole Andersen's info made "sexually suggestive threats" against woman who Andersen had some sort of (legal) sexual encounter with when she was seventeen, leading to complaints to authorities and an investigation that eventually led to a January arrest of the woman in Canada.  Reportedly, police have found info on other victims of identity theft who may include other athletes.

Great news.  It seemed like a high percentage of Celticsbloggers assumed him to be guilty and didn't want him on the team partially based on this case.

Well, it does appear he did have sex with a 17-year-old girl who flew out to Colorado, he just happened to do it in a state where it wasn't illegal.  It depends on whether or not you think there is anything wrong with that.
