It's gonna be a great year.

Can the guy who sells the hot dogs in the concession stands play?

  • Be the posts you wish to see in the world.
I read an interview with Ricky about trying to break back in.  He seemed more motivated by needing 88 more points to hit 10k for his career than anything else.  So I guess he hasn't changed much.  :)

I actually saw Ricky's first game in his short stint with the Red Claws.

One guy sat in front of me with a Ricky Davis jersey on. By the end of the game, he'd covered it with his jacket.

So he didn't play so well on the offensive end (I think he was 1-6 or 1-7), but I'll never forget the site of Ricky Davis calling out defensive rotations and (rightly) correcting the other Red Claws. Every. Single. Play.

That was eye-opening.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.
