Each of you will have 5-10 minutes to post your pick in this thread. The time listed next to each pick is the time the pick is due. Any GM who fails to post a selection by the deadline and who has not sent me a sufficient list of preferences will be assigned the best available player based on the results of the actual 2013 NBA draft (results taken from here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2013_NBA_Draft).

[Example: the team with the #7 pick fails to make a selection by the deadline, and both Alex Len and Ben McLemore are available. While McLemore was picked #7 in the NBA draft, Len was picked at #5, so he would be the default selection.]

Only players who have declared for the 2013 NBA draft are part of the eligible pool for today's proceedings. If they declared for a previous year, or didn't declare at all, these guys aren't draft eligible (but are eligible free agent pick ups, as soon as Yahoo! enters them into the system). I believe this is the standard procedure we've been using for the last several years.

A bit of a shocker. Still in 3 years, I can't say he won't be the best player from this draft. At the very least, if his feet hold up, he'll be a very good C. Big Z 2013 perhaps.

good pick imo, Len was projected by some experts as the #1 pick. As Mk said, it all depends on his feet holding up, which they likely will. Phoenix has the best medical staff in league history.

BTW the yahoo basketball is live... i've read players don't currently have multi-pos eligibility (but that the people posting thought it would be fixed).

the interface supposedly is different -- which worries me given teh way Yahoo! has messed with the player pages in their overhaul...
