Love his game and it was a pretty bad blow when he went down with injuries last year. Maybe not now but after a trade or two , and there is space avail would you bring back the blurr?

In a vacuum, yes, but I'm not sure he fits with this squad—he fits in the sense that he likes to get out and run, and would be ideal for us in that sense, but he might take minutes from some young player who could really blossom, such as Brooks, Bradley, or Pressey. I love the Blur, and sometimes wish Boston could have a team composed solely of "good locker room guys," because they're scrappy and fun to cheer for—Barbosa, Dooling, Powe, etc. But winning is the main goal, so there's not always room for those guys.

Absolutely.

He actually did a pretty good job at the PG spot for us last year, and was perfectly capable as a backup behind Rondo.  Not only did he handle the ball very well (he had an assist/turnover ratio of around 3:1) he also gave us another offensive threat on the floor at that PG spot.

Right now aside from Rondo our backup PG options are Pressey (who has never played NBA minutes), Bougans, Crawford, Brooks and Lee. Neither of those guys is even close to an efficient ball handler except Pressey, and we have no clue how he'll pan out yet.

I wouldn't at all mind having Barbosa either as a backup PG or a third string PG.    At the very least it would give us a second capable PG (along with Pressey) in the even that Rondo can't play right away.

Once Barbosa went down our lack of a decent ball handler became very evident and it hurt us badly.

like him as a player but not suited to what we're trying to do here--develop young players and trade older talent for more assets.

I wouldn't mind as long as he wouldn't be taking the roster spot of a good prospect.  He would be very entertaining and he really wouldn't make us all that much better- two important things in my opinion.

If we got rid of Brooks and Crawford, sure.  There is really no spot for him on the roster as it stands.

he's a good player, he should go to a contender where he wont have to play bulk minutes on a recovering acl

he should go to the brooklyn nets.
