Nice find.

I don't think his age will be a factor at all.  He's got natural leadership qualities.

I don't think Danny Ainge is getting enough credit for this great, great hire.
To give a six-year contract to a definitely young but extremely intelligent, competitive and hard-working coach was a genious move in this context.
I see Stevens becoming a Popovich-type coach/staple for us in the next decade.

Yeah, I guess you're right. But the more I hear Stevens talking (I never did before July 3), even watching some of his videos on YouTube... I feel Danny made a genius move.
