considered as overachieving.

I'm going to say, playing tough and not being swept out is overachieving. I don't think making the playoffs is going to be as hard for us as the "experts" seem to think. So if we get 7th or 8th, the 1st or 2nd team on paper is going to murder us. I say on paper b/c I'm just about crazy enough to believe we can beat anyone. If I wasn't a Celtics fan of course I'd know we have pretty much no chance and if I had to bet money it wouldn't be on the Celtics.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

If they win 30 games, they overachieved.

I'd say more than 35 wins would be overacheiving.

Overachieving = 38-44

Expecting = 30-52

"Wow, this is a bad team" = 22-60
2013 CB Draft Champions*: Minnesota Timberwolves
DKC League: Washington Wizards

Kinda in this boat with McHales Pit. Seems about right to me.

Yeah I think those numbers look right.

A lot of people are really down on this team and I get it, but to say 25 wins is overachieving? The Orlando Magic won 20 games last year...pretty sure Boston is a tier above that.
*CB Miami Heat*
Kyle Lowry, Dwayne Wade, 13th pick in even numbered rounds, 18th pick in odd numbered rounds.

Disagree.  35 wins would be achieving.  That's perfectly reasonable for an average team.  If you're looking for an example check out the 6ers or the Raptors from last year, and I think our roster is headed in a better direction than theirs.

.500 is overachieving.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

I agree.  Less than 35 would be an underachievement.  41 or more would be an overachievement.
DKC Seventy-Sixers:

PG: G. Hill/D. Schroder
SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

i really dont understand your ranges at all. how is a 60 win team bad? and why are you expecting 52 wins?
