i dont see him as a very motivational guy, and I think he'll micromanage his point guards to death bc he wants to be out there so bad. Kind of like Avery Johnson. He might be a good out of timeout play caller like Doc is though.
Doc's a former PG too, but i think hes more of a people person, and I think had been away from the game long enough to separate himself as a coach.
Having KG on his team certainly helps him though. I just think he'd have a much better chance coaching a young and up and coming team. Maybe it's just me but i think he might have a problem coaching a veteran team with players like Pierce on the team that might question his decision making on play calling in crunch time.
