They´ll probably be the most entertaining team next season and they won´t even get a sniff of the title. Perfect.

They won a championship in 04 without a true star.
So who knows.
They might play well together?
They got Drummond, Monroe, and Josh Smith on the front court.

Thats pretty scary defensively.

They have too many point guards though.

Jennings, Billups, Siva, Will Bynum, Rodney Stuckey.

They gotta figure that out.

But they could be a good team, 1st round maybe 2nd round exit. Who knows.

they might make the second round but since the Top 4 of the East is very strong with Heat, Bulls, Pacers and Nets, they're probably an exciting first round exit.

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
Considering their oldest core player is 26 I don't think it's anything to laugh at. IMO, that means they have about 4-5 years to continue to build around those players before they're all in their primes. I believe If they play their cards right they could end up as good as Indiana very soon. If Drummond and Monroe develop and can co-exist on the court at the same time that's definitely a contender, in my eyes. Think a younger more athletic Grizzlies team, but in the east.

Jennings, Billups, Siva, Will Bynum, Rodney Stuckey.

They gotta figure that out.

Not sure who you've been watching the past few years but Billups and Bynum have been playing SG.

Jennings/Stuckey/Siva is a fine PG rotation.
Jeff Green - Top 5 SF

Billups has stated he came to Detroit to be the starting PG.

I'm sure Bynum can make the transition to SG then! I don't think Chauncey will be the starting PG in Detroit. That ought to be Jennings.

Pretty sure that quote was gathered before the Jennings trade.

Much respect to Chauncey, but at this point in his career there's no way he should be starting over Jennings.

There's no denying that they're stacked with talent.  How it will all come together?  That's a different story.

I've been watching the Celtics. Duh.

But all I know of Billups and Bynum are, they are both point guards.

They can't really hang with the best 2's in the league.
Will Bynum is barely 6 feet. Billups is old.

Regardless. They still have too many point guards.

Starting lineup is good but they have no bench
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin
