Pierce is not gonna outscore Jeff Green. He's gonna be the 3rd-4th option on a stacked Nets team whereas Green will be the first option. I envision Pierce averaging around 12-15 ppg and Green around 18-22 ppg.

PP - about 15 a game.  he's now surrounded by a better scoring cast.

Green - 19 a game.  We'll need him to score 25 but as our primary option and everyone focussing on him, I see him only getting 19 on average at about 44% shooting

Not one, not two...

Oh wait, were you asking about something else?

Deron Williams, Joe Johnson, and possibly Brook Lopez.

Green's probably going to average 18-20 points per game. I expect a slight increase in rebounding but not much of an improvement in assists. And Pierce is definitely going to shoot better percentages from the field and 3.

I'm guessing  Pierce will average 14-17 ppg. If Williams and Lopez both average 20 or more, which they're more than capable of, then I doubt he'll average more than 16.

I'm interested in seeing if the Nets go to Pierce or Johnson late in the game.

Haha, came here to post the exact same thing. Glad to see someone beat me to it! :D

I would've just said "Not one," though ;)

I will be very very surprised if Pierce averages 26 and Green averages 15. I think it's very possible that it is the other way around - although I see Green at around 20 and Pierce at around 14. With Lopez, Johnson, Williams, and Garnett, it may be tough for Pierce to even crack the teens...especially if they're keeping down his minutes.
