Who doesn't like rankings?

Thinking the other day about all the promising young big men in the NBA and I was curious as to people's rankings taking into account everything (Bynum and knee issues, Cousins behavior, Drummonds lack of expierce, ect)

Just to rattle off a few who are 25 or younger in no perticular order:

-Andrew Bynum
-Demarcus Cousins
-Andre Drummond
-Greg Monroe
-Nikola Vucevic
-Enes Kanter
-Brook Lopez
-Derrick Favors
-Larry Sanders

My top 5:

-Brook Lopez (arguably the best offensive center in the NBA)
-Demarcus Cousins (still loads of potential)
-Andre Drummond (elite defensive potential)
-Larry Sanders (terrific defensive anchor)
-Nikola Vucevic (elite level rebounder and just getting started)

Cousins has the most talent, but unless he gets himself out of that cesspool that is Sacramento (and gets his mind right), he probably won't live up to his potential.

how could you forget Roy hibbert? Guy really stepped up his game in the playoffs last year....it has to be scary for Miami that 2 of their top competitors in the east boast offensively talented 7 footers

My top 5 from this list:

1) Drummond: League MVP potential, Dwight Howard without the head case issues

2) Brook Lopez: Top offensive center, KG can take him to the next level on defense

3) Cousins: The most talented of the bunch, but still a head case

4) Monroe: Excellent all around talent but has peaked imo

5) Anthony Davis: He's a center in this NBA

  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
1.) A healthy Andrew Bynum
2.) DeMarcus Cousins
3.) Brook Lopez
4.) Greg Monroe
5.) Nikola Vucevic

I need to see more from Jonad Valancinuas but he's close to bumping out Vucevic in my list. I considet Drummond a PF. As long as he plays along side Greg Monroe, he's a 4 to me.
2019 CStrong Historical Draft 2000s OKC Thunder.
PG: Jrue Holiday / Isaiah Thomas / Larry Hughes
SG: Paul George / Aaron McKie / Bradley Beal
SF: Paul Pierce / Tayshaun Prince / Brian Scalabrine
PF: LaMarcus Aldridge / Shareef Abdur-Raheem / Ben Simmons
C: Jermaine O'neal / Ben Wallace

I would think Drummond, at 7' and 279 pounds as a 19-year-old, is a pure center and Monroe the one playing the 4 in that situation.

It's debatable. He's listed at 7 ft on wikipedia, 6'11 on yahoo sports, and 6'10 on cbs sports and NBA.com

He's also 19, which means he can still grow an inch or two.
