Is it bad that I'm more excited about the coaching staff than I am about the actual roster?

I don't think so. I wish we could have this staff with a young team that has potential, not one about to enter the dark ages.

Well have to say that Ainge seems to be making all the right moves under some tough circumstances. Adams is definitely a nice addition.

Question is if he will cave to the pressure to move Rondo as well or stick to his guns. Pistons have some nice assets with Monroe and Drumond and some servicable point guards in Bynum, Knight & Stuckey. Question is who would you rather build around.

Great hire, pretty much exactly what Stevens was looking for. Was pretty cold how the Bulls let him go when he was Thibs' top guy, glad it worked out to our benefit. Welcome Coach Adams!

the more i see of ainge's rebuild the more i am impressed by him. no one knows for sure if everything will work out or not. no one on any team knows for sure what will happen 3-4 years the road.

but ainge has done an outstanding job of getting the most out of the old team so as to build a new and better team. he also knows that such a rebuild involves young players, and these young players need to learn how to play basketball, not just be athletes.

steves and adams will teach this team how to get the most out of their abilities and play as a team. fabulous!

this helps the celtics both by making a better team and by making some players into better assets.

thank you danny.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

If we can just have one thread that doesn't dissolve into a Rondo trade debate, I'd be most appreciative.
