During the summer league Larranaga put The Big KO at the SF position.

I amwondering what you guys think of this lineup.

C Iverson/Randolph/Melo pick one ( maybe even Humphries)
PF Sully
SF KO
SG JG
PG Rondo

Essentially going big.  Offensively I think this is one of the better units lots of mismatches in our favor  we can put out there.  Defensively, 2 questions can Uncle Jeff keep up with a 2 guard and can KO play D at the 3?

I think is too much enthusiasm about KO. He played only few games in summer league what does not mean he is ready to play as a starter. For me, the best starting 5 will be:

C Bass
PF Wallace
SF Green
SG Bogans(Lee)
PG Rondo(AB)

Bogans has a career FG% of LESS than 40%:-((((  He has averaged 6.4 points per game for his career and he NEVER averaged double digits in points!!

You do not have Terry anymore...why DA traded him than?

And you take the cake for being of the most negative posters on this forum.

By the way, is that line up our official one for tanking? Cause it sure looks like it.

I think Rondo/JG/KO/Sully/Iverson is our "Team Wiggins" lineup.

Why play KO out of position?  In order to do that, you also have to play JG out of position.

I would rather play KO out of position at the 5 than at the 3.
CB Draft LA Lakers: Lamarcus Aldridge, Carmelo Anthony,Jrue Holiday, Wes Matthews  6.11, 7.16, 8.14, 8.15, 9.16, 11.5, 11.16

KO had trouble guarding quick fours on the wing in summer league, him guarding 3's when the regular season started would result in a blood bath. I think they could potentially go big with Bass guarding opposing 3's then Sully and KO at the 4 and 5, but even this would be a lineup for short stints, not one they could consistently go to with success.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

If we play KO at the 3 our defense will be a complete and utter #2.

I think Rondo/JG/KO/Sully/Iverson is our "Team Wiggins" lineup.

I don't think so. Rondo if well is gonna be out from under K.G and P.P shadow and the "he got lucky dishing to 3 HOF's" and thus is basically where he is because of them and not because of his fierce competitive nature. I think Sully and K.O. both have coaches for dads? I might be wrong. Sully and K.O. have shorter learning curves due to High BB IQ's (that's what that does for you at the beginning) Sully looked really bad and found a rhythm and K.O is gonna find lanes that packed paint college ball doesn't have. Jeff Green doesn't have to play sub to Paul which can only be good. Hesitation was debilitating for him. Iverson...who knows but if they say "Be Perk" he's gonna do that really well. Box out, crash boards and manhandle the block and make your fouls count. If he can not foul out in 15 minutes I'd be thrilled.

I think a mix of Net boys and such might be "Team Wiggins" but not the one you mentioned. Lotta brains in there. Losses will accumulate at an alarming rate but enough to make Wiggins a focus? I doubt that right now but hey...it still July ???

i like your idea of Jeff green as a big SG, i like that idea with a draft of wiggins or parker. NOOOOOOO to KO at SF, hell never play SF for us in his prime, if hes dirk 2.0, if hes LARRY BIRD THE 3RD. no.

KO will be a solid PF in the league, not many athletic PFs besides josh smith. KO is best at PF. Shooting 3s not playing the 3.

KO would struggle at the 3, as somebody already pin pointed his lateral speed as an issue.

Let's use him to our advantage instead.  Let the opposing Center or Power Forward try and guard him on the outside.  With his skill set, we don't need to play him at any other position besides the 4 and 5.

He's a matchup nightmare for opposing Centers/Forwards.

Also think of it this way.  Does the opposition feel the need to match up against the Celtics going big for Defense reason or do they stay small?  Can Tayshaun Prince defend KO - no.  Can KO defend Tayshaun - also no. Who will give?
