If I'm a Nets fan, this presser is such a huge downer!

"well, here I am... it didn't work out in boston... I guess I'm glad that at least my friends came with me..."

I agree.  I think KG did a better job of selling the enthusiasm.  But it would be hard to think as a Nets fan that KG and PP really have their hearts in this 100%.

All 3 seemed uncomfortable and wanting to cry at first, but sounds like they are settling in now.

I felt uncomfortable and wanting to cry and I dont think I'll ever settle into this. Ugh, this blows.

I really want to cheer for this Nets team next year but I hate Jason Kidd.
Wow, seriously?
1. What is there to dislike about Jason Kidd?!
2. You are really going to let your dislike of Jason Kidd stop you from cheering for KG, Pierce and Terry to win it all?

Well for one, he beats women, so there is that....

The moment that Pierce said "it's just sinking in, and... and... and I'm liking this feeling" and then he practically choked. That was terrible.

COME HOME!!! We'll pretend it never happened.

Dj white included in the deal. Imagine he won't be at the presser

Who's DJ White?

Lol just kidding.

Only important and pivotal guys that were traded were Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett themselves. Don't really consider Jason Terry that important, at least to me.

1) Beats his wife
2) Drives drunk, and injures himself despite the fact he was WAY ABOVE the limit
3) Does it again this year, and hits a tree. Was intoxicated beyond disbelief again, and is now going to probably be suspended for the first 3-5 games explaining to kids how drinking is bad.

@Murf56: Pierce said that he cries every time he thinks about first game back in Boston.

Man oh man..that's going to be one emotional game. Pierce the fans love you and wish you well!

KG is already focused on winning another title, which is not a bad thing. But Pierce, by all means, is still in Boston with his heart and soul. You could really feel that, especially at the beginning and also throughout the entire press conference. He will retire in Boston, I'm very confident about this. But hey, I love these guys some much, I am now starting to root for BK.

  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
Am I the only one here who thinks Paul does not want to be in Brooklyn?

He mentioned Boston a few times during this presser.
