I don't think that's necessarily a good thing, though. Why does everybody else rely on the one-on-one isolations (for the most part)? Because it is effective if you have a guy with the
it factor.
For every beautifully ran play that works well, there's more that don't. Passes are harder because the defense is literally playing at 100% - I've yet to see a last play of the game be played passively by the defense.
Curling and running through screen does the trick too, like Ray often did, but who do we have to do this? Olynyk? He's slow and they could easily just put an athletic stretch 4 on him. Green isn't the best shooter and...my goodness. We don't have a single elite shooter on the team.
