With Joseph's contract is basically non-guaranteed. I was surprised not to see him playing for a spot. Instead Tony Mitchell and Courtney Fells are hoop'in it up in Orlando. Basically according to the article below if Joseph is cut before Aug. 1st the C's are off the hook. Mitchell has better speed and athleticism; but Joseph is a more polished all around player. Any thoughts or updates?

Joseph isn't a Celtic yet.  Still, my guess is neither would be Green's first back up, either would be very lucky to make the team at all.

I'm still hoping Danny lands the Italian kid to back up Green.

I think Mitchell would be a better SG.

Get rid of Crawford to make space for him.

Confusing. Mitchell is listed by some as 6'9" PF/SF.
Fells at 6'6" is a better SG prospect; but would have to beat out Crawford and Brooks who are both under contract.

Forgot about the Italian kid would be interesting to see if we can land him although contract issues may make it tough. I thought he was more of a prospect for next year.

I like Kris Joseph as a third string SF next season.

You looking at Detroit's Mitchell.

Theres Two Tony Mitchells in summer league. We have the smaller one out of the D League.

That explains it. We have the one who averaged 30 pts. in the NBDL playoffs; but his 3 pt. shooting is not as good a Joseph's.

Guess, I am wondering why we are bringing in more SG prospects that have questionable 3 pt range. This has been a problem since we lost Ray Allen.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
