Mine is a pipe dream that probably has about a 5% chance of ever happening.

#1 - Direct a feature film

... beyond that, I just want to stay healthy and comfortable for as long as possible and see as much of the world as I can.

Celtics Insider,

You could get some of those things checked off your list this weekend if you really wanted to.

Go skydiving - Just do it.
Go cliff diving - Find a cliff.  Dive off.
Go bungee jumping - Just do it.
Travel to a different country - Drive to Canada
Live in a different country - Stay in Canada
Hit on as many girls as humanly possible - Go for it.
Live in the wilderness - Stay in the Canadian Wilderness
Do stand-up comedy - Most comedy clubs have an open mic night.  Usually on a Sunday or Wednesday.  Just call the club, sign up, and go for it.  You'll probably bomb horribly your first time, but getting on stage isn't an issue.  Write 5 minutes of material and go for it.  I have many friends who have tried.
Learn to use a gun - Go to a gunrange and do it.
Go scuba diving - You don't necessarily need to be somewhere tropical for this
Ride a hot air balloon - Depending on where you live this shouldn't be too hard to accomplish
Go Zorbing - I'm sure you can find a place to do this
Build a house by hand - Buy some legos.  Build a bird house.
Live life to the fullest - Do all of the above this weekend

Well, I'm visiting family this week. And I want to do all of them right now, but they're not all financially possible, at the moment...

The only one I'm doing right now is hitting on girls. I do it on a daily basis, and I love it.

Also, I just looked and skydiving near me is only $200! I thought I'd literally be like $2000! I'm seriously contemplating doing it once I get back from "vacation". I'll probably film it on my GoPro!

Now that I think about it, I'd be better off using that money to accomplish another goal: becoming a CPT.

While I could easily spend that $200 on skydiving, I'd need that $200 to take my NASM-CPT test. When I pass that test, it's basically a guarantee that I'll get a job as a CPT, which will be another goal that I would achieve. I would finally have a source of income, which would allow me to have the financial means to achieve other goals.

I studied to be a personal trainer a while back.   It wasn't for me.  Good luck man.

Yeah, it's not for everyone, but lifting is my passion. Training people to help get them bigger, stronger, faster, and in better shape would not even be a job to me. I'd do it for free.

I'd like to finish making at least a couple of games, preferably one that makes bucketloads of money so I can set up my own game design studio.

Too many ideas in my head to not build games.
