It may be tough for the Clippers to keep Billups?

The player may leave

The Los Angeles Clippers' acquisition of J.J. Redick and Jared Dudley could impact whether Chauncey Billups and Matt Barnes return. Billups started all 22 regular-season games he played at shooting guard for the Clippers last season. Redick is expected to be the Clippers' new starting shooting guard with Jamal Crawford and Willie Green backing him up.

One league source said it "may be tough" for the Clippers to now keep Billups

I don't think the Clippers will miss him.

Billups shouldn't be in their rotation anyways.

Billups is no longer a playmaker, he's a statue who shoots 3s.

He still can be a great playmaker. He is a smart player.

He still can be a great plamaker. He is a smart player.
He averaged just 4 assists per 36, only had 49 assists in total.

He's done as a playmaker, purely a stationary shooter now. Unfortunately he's also stationary on defense too.

Add to that he's only played 42 games in the past two years, he's cooked. Purely a locker room guy now.

Agree...he is coaching material

If hired hopefully he'll have more patience than Pitino did with him

I doubt they'll want him with Allen returning.
