Just saw Pacers rescinded QO on him making him a UFA. I know Danny has been interested him in the past so curious if this is the type of small FA addition he will try to make. Thoughts?

I like him for the right price, but we already have too many power forwards.

If we move Humphries and Bass first, sure, why not?  I like agitators.

Not interested, especially with Olynyk as a potential stretch-4.

Bass would make a solid upgrade on Psycho-T for the Pacers, but they probably want to dump Gerald Green as part of any deal.

I'm actually interested in doing deals like this.

Expirings in Bogans and Kardashian, playoff tested Bass, young veteran CLee are all half decent assets.

Then you flip them for garbage and get a pick in return.

We don't need them since we're bound to stink for at least a year. Playoff vets and expirings mean nothing to a team with Gerald Wallace the cap cancer.

However, on the other hand, I don't want our young'ns to be infected.

Someone who's not complete garbage like Hansbrough might be a good target for my scheme I suppose.

Funny, I read "agitators" as "alligators," and thought you were making a comment on Hansbrough's wingspan.

Thing is, Tyler is going to command at least a three-year deal as a UFA, most likely fully guaranteed. So unless Ainge can send out some salary to get a deal done, I'm not really bullish on adding another PF to the roster.

Bass, Sullinger, Humphries, Olynyk, and Randolph all say "no thanks."  Oh, and, Jeff Green and Gerald Wallace say "save a few minutes at power forward for us when we go small."

SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas

Love it. He's a beast. We've been missing an animal in the paint for years. And he's a UNC guy.
