I think the plan is a one-year tank and back to the playoffs next year.

But if they make the playoffs this year because a couple of real stars emerge, that'll be fine.  Just as long as it's not because Wallace, Humphries and Bass are battling it out.  (Though that too would make them tradeable.)

If it's because the young'ns emerge, that would be great.  But if we sneak in to the 8th spot on the back of recycled vets, no thank you.

If we make the playoffs, it will be because of a combination of both.  It probably means that Wallace got some of his game back, however, and since he's here for three year at a lot of money, I think that would be a very good thing.
