I like Beno.  He's a decent backup point guard who can start in a pinch.  If he's available for the veteran minimum, I'd be okay with him.

He can compete for playing time with whichever of our young guards (Lee, Crawford, Pressey, Jones, Brooks etc) that we actually keep.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

hpantazo and I talked about Udrih in the "Backup PG" thread, and I think I speak on behalf of him when I say that I'm absolutely ecstatic to hear this news.

I'm fairly sure Udrih can be gotten for a very affordable price, and it will be well worth the acquisition. He has incredible basketball IQ, very unselfish, always makes the right passes, and is a guy teammates LOVE playing with. The most underrated backup PG in the league, in my opinion. Hopefully the C's can turn back into a contender while Udrih is on the team, since it's a true shame he's had to wilt away his services in Sacramento and Milwaukee.
