Upset, simply because he could've helped out, and could've been an trade asset...

I kind of figured it was going to happen, but why T-Will... why sigh.

Oh well, I guess he'll have to go somewhere else then. I was a fan of his playing style, but whats done is done.

Not surprising. Logjam at guard after the trade goes through.

Good move.  He'd already been through enough chances before his trouble this spring and the C's have more than enough spare parts now to balance out any trade.  It's not worth the chance of him going Hernandez on them.

That's a bummer.

I thought he could really help us, especially now that there's going to be PT for him at the PG spot, raise his trade value a little bit.

With this I don't think Shav is coming back either.

The reports at NBA training camp in the off season had T-Will coming back with a future in the Celtics. Now that he's waived, I don't know if Shav would come back or be trade bait.

Good.  No use to pay $200,000 in guaranteed salary by keeping him past today.  He's a waste of talent.

Maybe after the Hernandez disaster the Celtics didnt want to risk anymore gun scandals with Williams.  Not saying Williams was guilty or not, I have no idea and wish the man the best--I liked him.

Might have played a part.

Does that mean the other China guys get a pay day if they're not released today too?
