So I know some of you guys might think I'm crazy but can Celtics get these deals done. I believe Josh Smith can be had rather cheap via sign and trade. So for him we package an offer centered around 1 of next years 1st round picks. ex. Celtics 2014 1st round pick Humphries and Lee or Crawford.

As for Big Al Utah has a log jam of bigs and they are looking to get Canter and Favors more PT and they don't want to pay big for both Milsap and Al. This package will center around Bradley.  Something like Wallace, Bradley, Bass or Bogans Trade exception.

Celtics roster:
Rondo/ filler
Brooks/Crawford or Lee
Green/Williams
Smith/Sully
Big Al/Olynyk/Melo

I think this helps us win now but still sets us up for the future with the left over Nets Draft picks.

I see it quite doable, but I think Utah would like Olynyk more than anything.

The Smith trade heavily favors Atlanta, and the Jefferson trade heavily favors Boston. Besides, with all the assets we have, we should be going for bigger fish.

Ok so lets say we add Olynyk to the deal.( I don't think that he should be a deal Breaker.  C's try to fill his spot with Mullens from the Bobcats in free agency.

I've been talking about this for a while. We would have to add some shooters, but I would like to watch that team and see what they can do.

No way in the world Utah takes Wallace.
*CB Miami Heat*
Kyle Lowry, Dwayne Wade, 13th pick in even numbered rounds, 18th pick in odd numbered rounds.

The way I envision the trades is:

Humphries + picks to Atlanta for Josh Smith.

Bass + Lee + Olynyk to Utah for Al Jefferson.

That's the framework to make this trade happen, add or subtract here and there, but that's the deal.

Wallace is not going anywhere.

It's part on why I'd like to get my hands on J. J. Redick too if at all possible, I think we'll still have room for the full MLE to offer. Or maybe he can be part of a third sign and trade.

You'd end up with something like:

Rondo
Redick-Bradley
Green-Wallace
Smith-Sully
Jefferson

The rest of the players will depend on what is demanded on those sign and trade, but I think we should be able to retain the players above.

With Green, Smith, Wallace, Sully, and Jefferson on your roster, I really don't see a reason to me stingy about retaining Olynyk.

I don't see a reason to move Bradley myself, particularly when Utah really has little leverage here I'd imagine.

Hope this happens!!

I'd hope this doesn't happen.
