Compare Kelly Olynyk to the best player you think he might compare too and the worst...a simple high low.  Include a link to a video or stat sheet if you would like.  Not sure if this will work out.  Just thought it might be interesting.

High:  Brad Miller

Worst: Brad Lohaus

 Low Andrew Declercq. Kidding.

High I think people are underestimating how good this kid can be. If a four or a five is gonna guard him out on the perimeter he will smoke most bigs not used to guarding that far out. I mean his dribbling for a man that big is not seen much anywhere. He will have problems elevating in the post over guys his size. But he has so many tools, I have a really good feeling he's going to be very productive sooner than later.

I agree.  I also think he's going to take well to the intensive coaching that the C's new staff will give him.  He'll pick up the defense quickly enough to cover for some of his weaknesses there and take off on the offensive end.

High: Andrea Bargnani with acceptable defense and rebounding (not necessarily above-average at either, just not a gaping liability)
Low: Taller Luke Harangody without any rebounding

High, Luis Scola (offensive big with high motor and mediocre defense/rebounding ability). Low, Adam Morisson (college go-to guy whose go-to moves no longer work, and who never adapted and learned how to be effective in the NBA).

High- American Dirk
Low McHale...Just kidding. :P

I actually watched 20 minutes of Highlights of Kelly Olynyk and I am a bit more excited about a 7 footer who can shoot from all over the court with a nice little hook shot. His FT percentage is over 82% as well. I think we could all be very surprised by how good he might become. He also seems to be great with Pick and Rolls and seems very active as well. I like the motor he displays and passion seems there as well.

Have we ever had a player with initials KO? I think that will be a cool nickname and hopefully he will do that to many of our opponents in the future during the playoffs.

I say KO will be a star in this league and I trust Danny saw the same thing..so much so, he did not want to risk Utah taking him before us.

So many high and low examples, olynyk could be one of the more unique players to play in the nba.

He is a legit 7 ft player. Has advanced post moves but also advanced perimeter game. He could be a top three passing big in the nba by next year.

Sully plus olynyk upfront oozes confidence, motor, anticipation, teamwork, high iq, underrated skills. Im excited to see what happens
