We should have all of our exemptions

Mid-Level is 6m  (not sure if Lee counts as that)
Bi-Annual is 2m

Minus 1m for C. Iverson he's going to Europe to play in 2013-2014...that puts us at 58m

I believe Iverson's contract won't play a factor because he's playing abroad next year. And I have a feeling Ainge hasn't stopped with salary shedding yet. With the salary cap projected at $58.5M, I'm liking the C's chances of being under the salary cap for once.

Highly unlikely that we will be under the cap this year unless we make some trades. Bogan's salary will be about 4.4 Million next year and it will be guaranteed. More accurate guaranteed numbers here:

Kris Humphries - $12,000,000
Rajon Rondo - $11,954,545
Gerald Wallace - $10,105,855
Jeff Green - $8,965,000
Brandon Bass - $6,450,000
Courtney Lee - $5,225,000
Keith Bogans - ~$4,400,000
Avery Bradley - $2,511,432
Jordan Crawford - $2,162,419
Kelly Olynyk - ~$1,900,000
Jared Sullinger - $1,365,720
Fab Melo - $1,311,240
MarShon Brooks - $1,210,080

Total: $69,561,291

We don't have our MLE this year due to the Bogans sign and trade.

kelly salary is too high, i have it at 1.419*1.2~1.73 mill,
but you got to add terry tk, under the new cba we are responsible for that that would be 5.23*1.075=0.4mill, but yeah they are at the tax line, danny has to try and dump a bit

Kelly was 13th pick not 16th. His max salary is 120% of $1,655,300, so it would be $1,986,360.

Also, Brooklyn pays Terry's Trade Kicker.

for contracts signed in new cba the team orginally signed the player pays trade kicker

ref

http://www.cbafaq.com/salarycap.htm#Q96

"For contracts and extensions signed before the current CBA took effect, a trade bonus is paid by the team receiving the player. For contracts and extensions signed under the current CBA, a trade bonus is paid by the team trading away the player"

The thing i don't understand is that i don't know if how the celtics paying the trade kicker affects the salary matching in the trade

ugh I hate that Bogans was signed and traded for that much but I guess we had to, to make the numbers work.
