I think it will be something along the lines of

PG Bradley
SG Wallace
SF Green
PF Bass
C Humphries

Bench: Crawford, Lee, T. Williams, Olynyk, Melo

to start of the season.  When Rondo and Sully are full healthy I think it will be

PG Rondo
SG Bradley
SF Green
PF Bass
C Humphries

Bench: Lee, Wallace, Sully, Olynyk

I think both of these formations have the potential to put us near the bottom of the league.  I believe in their ability to suck as much as they should.  C'mon boys, don't let us down (or up.)

Well looking at the roster we have with this trade now from the Nets .

*Rondo is likely traded at some point now by Ainge too .
Why keep him if it is a team looking to secure a lottery pick and hopefully a high one at that for 14'

SG:Marshon Brooks
PF:Brandon Bass
SF:Jeff Green
C:Kelly Olynk

Bench
SG:Terrence Williams/Jordan Crawford

SF:Gerald Wallace/Kris Joseph
C:Colton Iverson

*Fab Melo(D-League) for one more season
*Courtney Lee is traded for a pick
*Keith Bogans traded or released

My tanking to the extreme line up. Rondo takes a year out of the NBA to work in the fashion industry and maybe do a documentary on who from Stockton and Cousy, and Magic was the greatest PG before him. So we start Bradley, Lee, Green, Sullinger, and Olynyk. Bass becomes our official 6th man. Shavlik Randolph, Kris Humphries are  the other bigs who get big minutes off the bench. Whilst TWill  Jordan Crawford, Gerald Wallace etc work the guard/wing minutes. Fab Melo stays in Maine and hopefully leads them to the D league title. Otherwise my straight up team is Rondo and Bradley as starting guards, With TWill, Courtney Lee, and Jordan Crawford coming off the bench. Green, Bass  and Sully as our starting front court. Green is the nominal centre for the sole purpose of contesting the tip off.  They get supported by Kris Humphries, Sully, Wallace, and Randolph. Everybody else either gets D Leagued, cut or traded

I just threw up in my mouth a little.

PG: Not Rondo, he'll be traded
SG: Bradley
SF: Jeff Green
PF: Crash Wallace
C: Humphries

PG: 1st place winner on the 'nobody else wants us' pile of refuse.
SG: Marshawn Brooks
SF: Oh I don't even care anymore
PF: I literally cannot tell you how demoralizing this trade is.
C: I mean just let them expire if the other option is acquiring Kris Humphries and Gerald Wallace.

Deep Bench: And Kelly Olynyk? KELLY OLYNYK? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Good god in heaven that is a terrible pick.
you win the hyperbole du jour award. I love this kind of post

G - Rondo
G - Bradley, Lee
F - J.Green, Bogans, K.Joseph
F - G.Wallace, Bass, Olynyk
C - Humphries, Sullinger, Fab Melo

Danny needs to

#1 - find a backup PG (Ridnour?)
#2 - find a serviceable defensive minded physically imposing center who can give the team 15-24mpg to start games (Mozgov? Kwame? Thabeet?)
#3 - Trade some of those surplus PFs (Bass, Humphries)
#4 - Trade MarShon Brooks and Jordan Crawford for 2nd round picks

I see zero point in starting Humphries at center. He's not big enough an not good enough. We should be giving Sully and Olynyk as many minutes as possible.

Start of season, without Rondo and Sully:
PG: Bradley / Pressey
SG: Lee / Crawford
SF: Green / Wallace
PF: Bass / Humphries
C: Olynyk / Melo

Before trade deadlinem with Rondo and Sully back:
PG: Rondo / Lee
SG: Bradley / Crawford
SF: Green / Wallace
PF: Sully / Bass
C: Olynyk / Humphries

Tank, tank, tank, and more tank. Give Olynyk 30 mpg. Give Melo 15 mpg. Use brute force to get them as much experience as possible, while making us as bad as possible.

Just promise me that if we unexpectedly make it deep into the playoffs and Rondo has fully recovered, we will stick to this very important decision and resist any temptation to play him against the Miami Heat.

Starting - Sully - Olynyk - Green - AB - Rondo (if not traded)

Bench -  Humphries - Iverson - Bass - Wallace - Brooks - T Will and Pressey

Celtics are hurting for some really good shooters with this lineup. I'm sure danny will solve this issue in the next upcoming years. I feel AB's days could be numbered also.

Green is a guy who is staying for the long haul. It's his team as much as it is Rondo's at this point

My guess is that Danny would like to know exactly what he has with Sully, Kelly O and to a small degree Brooks, before 2014 draft - to have a feel for what is needed, and so I would expect those three to see tons of minutes right off the bat.

PG Rondo
SG Brooks
C Olynyk
SF Green*
PF Sully

Bench

PG:Bradley
SG Lee
SF Wallace, Bogan
PF Bass, Humphries
C Bass, Humphries, Melo

If your name was not mentioned, you are in the odd-men-out group and so we have no plans for you.

* It is very important keeping JGreen at the 3.  This is where he is valuable.
