Nerlens Noel to Pelicans

Not sure if anybody else has mentioned this, but the Pelicans drafted Noel, who will return to play alongside Davis. That is a scary 4+5 combo defensively. Not many shots getting past those two. they may not be the strongest players, but their athleticism, wingspan and timing makes up for it. this team in 3-4 years will have one of the best backcourt duos in the league i think. what a steal

"The New Orleans Pelicans selected Nerlens Noel with the sixth overall pick, but he won’t be playing alongside Anthony Davis on the front line next season. They picked him for the Philadelphia 76ers, who will send All-Star point guard Jrue Holiday back in return.

The Pelicans will also send a protected 2014 first round pick to Philadelphia, who will send the 42nd pick in this year’s draft to New Orleans."
