If/when Rondo is traded, there is no one on this team deserving of the Captain role this year. Just go without one until this is a real team again.

Yes, but he will be co captain with Jeff Green. Rondo won't play until. Jan 1 at the earliest.
And I disagree with Roy. I don't think there is an urgent need to trade Rondo. He has to at least build value back up by playing. To show the ACL is healed.
