I think that is an excellent move for Cousins.

Hopefully Shaq will be able to straighten his offensive game out and get Cousins to play more physically and closer to the basket.

And hopefully get through to Cousins about the importance of mental strength, improving temperament and truly taking on the responsibility of leading his squad.
