Can I extract a Tommy Point from you for that post?

Pierce > Ginobili
Green => Leonard
Rondo is close to Parker (sometimes better, sometimes worse) and KG is close to Duncan (inferior offense).

I'm just saying, Pop could bake a nice souffle outta that Celtics roster with a tweak or two. Maybe another coach can too?
Yes, and what you're saying is wishful thinking seemly based on your incorrect roster assessment.

Duncan and Parker are better than Garnett and Rondo. Green, Splitter, and Diaw are better than any mid to end of the rotation players we had.

Just because you think the roster is better than it truly was doesn't mean that a coach can miraculously morph our over-the-hill group into instant contenders.

 Parker isn't really better than Rondo, he's the flavor of the month. And when Rondo's playing with KG he's not that much worse than Duncan. I'd say the 37/17/13 KG and Rondo combined for in the 2012 playoffs holds up pretty well compared to the 39/13/9 Parker and Duncan went for this year, especially considering the KG/Rondo numbers came against significantly better defenses than Parker/Duncan faced.

Green, Pierce, Rondo and even AB could run the pick and roll.

Even Josh Smith could run it if we acquire him.

If this thing does not blow up, I'm excited to see us spam the PnR. Hopefully that yields less mid-range shots.

I see a 0% chance the celtics keep pierce and pay him $15 million this year, 0% chance, idk if its possible to trade him he gets boughtout and then we sign him again for cheap, idk. But i see us getting Jsmooth. High possibility.
