We trade Pierce to Dallas in 3 way that brings in their 1st round pick and Josh Smith from Atl on draft night. They buy him out and he retires. KG also retires, whether or not after having his contract moved for a nice upcoming rebounder I don`t know. We pick Steven Adams using the No. 13,  and if he`s still there we grab Shroeder with the No. 16.
