We flip the 1st round pick we got from LA to Chicago for Tom Thibodeau. I say  his with my  tongue slightly in my cheek.

An established coach like Thibodeau wants nothing to do with this team right now. Celtics will have a no-name coach for at least 2 seasons, or until they can turn things around.
