I feel bad because he is trying to improve his team - but Danny FLEECED Sterling by getting ANYTHING for Rivers.

Do you remember the 19 game losing streak? Do you remember all of those games Telfair started over Rondo? How about the one possession substitution patterns?

Doc is great out of a time-out. And he is great with the players, and with the media. I enjoy looking at Doc. I like the sound of his voice. He seems like a nice guy. I will miss his presence. But he's not THAT good of a coach.

KG is an *amazing* player. Pierce is a *great* player. Ray Allen is the *all time NBA leader in 3 pointers made.*

The Clippers are bad free throw shooters. They have a HOF point guard, and a *good* power forward. The rest of the team is not that good. Jamal Crawford? That mighty defensive force?

Danny basically turned ownership's financial liability into a bet against Chris Paul's knees in 2015. The only open roster spot is shooting guard. CP3's contract alone pushes them over the cap next year, nevermind all of the other contracts they're going to need.

Sorry Doc, old friend.

Ainge is brilliant.  We'll be at the bottom of the standings for a couple seasons once we dump KG and Pierce... but we're in good hands as long as Ainge is in control.  That dude knows how to build a contender.

I don't know why folks were calling for him to be fired. I'm one of those that always wanted to run it back but now felt like the time bottom out and reload. I'm glad we have Ainge whos aggressive and coldblooded and great ownership who wants to win. Well be back soon.

100% agree. I think most people realize this, but it's the nature of these boards that the inmates run the asylum. To put together the team we had with no high picks or sexy FA signings was pretty miraculous. The minority that thinks he sucks or is dishonest is incredibly vocal, but also incredibly wrong.
