You need a head coach that can develop young players not lose games. This team has young talent on it. I don't want to witness any coach of ML Carr's caliber roaming the Celtics bench ever again

The Celtics need to rid themselves of everybody. The only two I would keep are Green and Sully. Green because I believe he can be that veteran leader when he is 30-33 years old and we may be relevant again. Sully because he is very young and his upside is huge.

If Ainge wants to rebuild, he needs to go all in. Send Pierce off to LAC with KG. Trade Rondo for a lottery pick. Package Bradley and Jordan for picks and expiring contracts. Get terrible quick. Otherwise we will be mired in mediocrity for the next decade.

Don't bring in a great coach, but find excellent scouts. Nail your mid firsts, take chances on your late firsts, and hope to get a top 5 pick next year.

I was against this, but this is the route our franchise is going. Rather be terrible for a year or two or even three with an opportunity to be great for 5-8 than be a fringe playoff team for the next 5.
