I don't see the value in someone like McGrady in the locker room. He has always been known as a bad practice guy and gave inconsistent effort on defense. Known more a loner than someone who builds team spirit.

I would prefer someone like Anthony Carter as a veteran locker room presence. Not a big name but a great team guy. Works hard. Plays defense. Supports his teammates.

Not like he helps us much I would for someone better than McGrady who was a physical talent with little leadership skills.
