Still think the NBA is not rigged?

Clippers were on the verge of reducing the Lakers to also rans in LA. No we cannot have that in the NBA.

The only reason this deal is even borderline is because Doc and KG are on the same team.

Think about it, if Doc was on another team and the Clippers had a parallel negotiation with Doc while trading with Boston for KG, there would be no problem at all.

This is just stupid by the League.

Dude I haven't liked Stern in years... He's a sellout and his rules are bull. Can't believe he didn't find an excuse to keep the two top FAs from pairing up with Wade in Miami. Oh wait he wanted that so it's ok... but this isn't.

always had a neutral opinion, but this tips me over to the hate him. i always hear celtics fans say he has something against us, this makes me think he really does.

how often does the NBA promote us, the team with the most championships in sports and the association? all you hear about is the lakers, thunder, knicks, and heat but not the 17 time champions.

  Did anyone here ever like Stern? It's like liking congress, or paying taxes.

I still don't understand his fascination with Lechoke. He and his minions blatantly favor Lechoke and Diva Wade. Look at all the dirty plays wade has done these past 3 years - and he still gets an out.

Did Red ever rub Stern the wrong way when he was still alive? Is Stern exacting Vengeance against Red's beloved Celtics?
Peavey Bass Player - relearning to play after 10 years sucks;

If that was the case we wouldnt have won the championship in 2008.

  How long did did we have budget issues for because we still had to count Reggie's contract against the cap after he died? It's not like the Celts have "favored son" status.

Stern is a NYC guy, I am sure he hates the C's as Red dominated NYC.

Stern is a great marketer.  He is a genius at making the game global.  The game has also suffered under his watch in the integrity areas.   Why he tolerates some of the refs who are blatantly incompetent is beyond me?

NBA where refs matters because David keeps letting bad ones have jobs.

obviously stern's decisions have been historically bad for the celtics, which i hate. also don't like every thing about the job stern has done. but overall he's done an incredible job over the years and the honest part of me has a lot of respect for that.

the celtics fan part of me hates him and buys into some conspiracy theories for fun and as a coping mechanism.

i am looking forward to the adam silver era. sounds like he's going to be a bit more progressive with some things to improve the league. things stern has resisted.
