I dont see why none of you guys are seeing this as a steal. Jordan right now is a too Top 10 center in the league, any team in the league would trade KG for jordan if they were in our situation. Jordan is going to flourish with rondo because lets face it, jordan got no looks by cp3 everything was to Blake, he was arguably the 4th option on the clippers, Ok this is not getting dwight Howard, but the guy is 25 years old, look at Roy hibbert he was not looked upon as a top 5 center probably not even top 10 a year ago, he worked on his game and finally used his talents. Jordan yes for 10 million might not be very valuable at the moment, but we haven't even gotten to see him play with who is THE BEST FAST BREAK POINT GUARD IN THE LEAGUE, we have yet to see rondo play with players who run with him, just wait and see Jordan running the break with Rondo and Jeff green, and its going to happen alot with the defense we have set in place with rondo green ab and now Jordan who is a very athletic defender, just is still young in his learning process. KG would have been getting paid 12 mill(around there) this year and next year , which is more expensive than Jordan in which KG would not play anywhere near as many minutes as Jordan is going to be playing, ALSO nobody would trade for KG at the end of this year , in flip side if we are not happy with Jordan EVERYONE would love to trade for Jordan next year.
Not to mention i Danny Ainge using this as just one stepping stone of this offseason, i see him trying to trade Paul pierce for a shooter or use him in a package for josh Smith. I see our team having 2 first rounders this year and next year, with a team that will make the playoffs and that no team in the playoffs will want to play us because of our overwhelming talent. Just need to add shooters. But once again this is only a stepping stone and you guys are really overlooking how good rondo is going to be with these guys, especially if we get josh smith. Josh Smith is a baby lebron. But we can talk about him when we are rumored to get him.
