I agree wth those that believe Celtics Clippers deal is done

they just cannot announce it yet because of the NBA finals. I spoke to a Clipper season ticket holder today, and he was confident that Garnett and Doc are on their way to Clipper land. That was this morning about 11 am LA time. I don't know what time it was announced that the talks were back on.

This guy sounded pretty excited that the Clippers would get Doc and Kg for Jordan and draft picks.

If the Clippers get Kg Blake Pierce CP3 and Bledsoe, that will should be a high scoring team, but can they play defense?

While I don't like the haul for Boston, I must say I want this trade to happen. If there's any other team Pierce & KG play for, it's the Clippers. Both of them have SoCal ties, but it'd be way too awkward for them to go to the Lakers. For Doc to also have the opportunity to land up there and coach those two until retirement, it's a perfect situation for them.

LOL not because of the fan, my gut feeling the deal is done has more to do with the effort being made by both sides to leak that there is no deal. Why are they leaking no deal - seems to me they do not want to be fined by the league for upstaging the NBA finals.

I don't think the deal is done, but we're at the point of no return. Both teams have to get this done for various reasons. I just hope we do better than Jordan and two firsts.

Once they are no longer Celtics by tbeir own choice, I know longer get any warm fuzzies for how nice this turns out for them.
