Ginobili needs to retire

His +/- is about as bad as you can get. That game 5 performance was fools gold. 8 turnovers, including terrible crucial ones at the end was hard to watch. -21 for the game. Missed free throws. At the end of regulation, he flopped instead of sticking with Ray who then hit the game tying three...unbelievable.

The Spurs are a well oiled machine and Ginobili is that loose screw clanging around somewhere. Pop needs to get this screw out at the end of games. Play him when you're ahead, play him to give Parker a breather but dear god, do not have him in the game at crucial times. He's a train wreck.

This is a post I can get behind. He has had one good game in this series and almost single-handedly caused the Spurs to lose 2 games. He had either 8 or 9 turnovers tonight. Just brutal. I can't stomach watching the heat go back-to-back.

was aiting for a clutch shot to silence the critics (including myself) but sadly it never came.

Manu was out his mind bad tonight. It was like he has never seen a basketball before. Turnovers galore, bad shot selection.

I just dont understand why Duncan only gets 5 second half/OT shots.

They still need him late in games.  When LeBron guards Parker, Ginobili is the Spurs only chance for penetration.

Pop stuck with the guy he trusted.  Manu couldn't have been much worse, though.

The Spurs could use another ball-handler.

Manu reminded me somewhat of PP in the NYK series this year.  Just loosing the handle too much, not being strong enough with the ball, spraying bad passes all over the place.  It is like he forgets how fast Wade and LBJ are, and doesn't compensate for it.

I saw the same thing with PP in the playoffs this year.  Too slow with the ball, not anticipating the defender stepping in the passing lane, lazy airhead passes.

All that said, I like Manu, and he has been a great player.  But father time always wins...

Parker did as much of a bad job tonight.  In my opinion more costly because it was down the stretch.  Trying to play hero ball on three different important possessions is wrong.  Just wrong.

Amen.  He's terrible and has been deplorable in the finals.  He cost them that game 6 with his dumb turnovers.  Seriously, Pop looked like Doc out there tryin to ram that square peg in
