This whole blog is a joke and im sick of seeing people who are saying we shouldnt do this trade with the clippers, nor bring in josh smith. Im sorry to say it. I am a diehard celtics fan loved the celtics like no other when we had gerald green as our future, when we made the trades for kg n ray allen i was ecstatic, that was 6 years from now KG and pierce cannot carry a team to a championship, they are veterens who can help an already capable to win a championship team, our team doesnt have that. We need to rebuild and let go of these guys, and im not saying to blow it up because this trade has nothing to do with blowing it up, as well as receiving josh smith, that is a contending team that with a few shooters can actually fight for a championship with how ruthless they would be on defense.
Also who said jeff green isnt a shooter, and who said avery had to start at all times we could easily go out and get a shooting gaurd that could shoot, little did you guys know Josh Smith is actually a good mid range jump shooter, front court of josh smith and DJ is ridiculous, best we can get in the next couple years especially in dealing KG and Doc rivers and Pierce, cmon guys, WAKE UP.

for a Power forward, look up his stats in the midrange area. Then talk to me. (Not trying to sound like a prick but i knew someone would say something about that.)

Not a good approach with the subject line. This is an emotional forum more often then not and some people would rather see the vets retire in Green. Even if it means putting off the rebuild and watching a probable mediocre team.

I would do the trades myself, but only if they make sense. Right now DJ and a pick isn't enough. Bledsoe, DJ, two picks, and some cap relief is more then enough for KG and Doc in my opinion.

But again just because not everyone shares that opinion doesn't make theres a joke.
