No thanks.

Not even sure about Granger knees. But even so, Rondo's production and lesser contract, I'd rather keep him. We have Jeff Green, we have no need for Danny Granger.

...so then the Celts could "need a real point guard so bad".

Celtics fans act as though the rondo good contract is going to last forever.

Rondo is clearly a max payer to me . If contrcats are structured right , in a few years Rondo can be a max player , and we will still have the ability to add another max.

Unless we are getting great value back , top 5 pick next year and a young prospect, it makes no sense to deal him ...

Rondo is a bad fit with Stephenson.  Neither one can shoot and that team needs as much spacing as it can get.

I think Stephenson can shoot, I think his BBIQ needs retooling now that he's actually getting playing time.

No thanks on the Rondo trade.  If the Cs want two first round picks for Rondo, they can get higher picks elsewhere.  Granger has zero value, unless you're  a team looking for a big expiring contract.

Darren Collison would have been a better PG than Augustin for this Pacers team, especially with Granger, a good half court facilitator, out for the year.  This team has one and a half players who could break down a defense, in George and Stephenson, and that's not enough against great defenses.

yup...if Pacers had Rondo or Parker or Rose , they destroy the Heat.   I kept thinking the same thing the whole series.   They needed somebody to handle the ball better, turnovers killed them, and Pacers couldn't handle the pressure on the ball being brought up court .

The presuure defense on the Pacers killed their flow to the game, they could get set up and work the ball inside like the previous game.

Miami can't play team ball to save their soul....just amazing athletes playing street ball.

I actually think what the Pacers need is a scoring 1/2 off the bench. Terry would have helped them as would JJ Barea. They need offense when George is on the bench.

Beno Udrih would be an excellent point guard for the Pacers at a good price, and he's a FA this summer. They don't have to break the bank to get a good point guard.
