Reason clippers would do this trade - This would stop the chaos surrounding Chris Paul, and make it very easy for him to resign. Clippers suddenly are stacked mixed with older and younger talent. As a celtic fan you don't want to give any team a easy chance to win it all, but for kg and pp it wouldn't be so bad.
Reason hornets do this trade - Gordon does not fit and has said he wants out many times. But clippers also need the 6th that the celtics want and celtics unwillingly give up AB in addition to everything else so the deal can be finalized. Backcourt is better boosted getting experienced and skilled AB, Bledsoe
Reason celtics do this trade - It's time to blow it up. Instead of trying to separate with PP without making KG and Doc have 2nd thoughts, celtics trade all three. Its bothersome right now KG, Rivers haven't solidly confirmed they want back. We all know its prob bc of pierce. Also if you have to give up the core, the one guy Danny has been wanting in this draft is Oliadipo.
