If:

1. Cleveland keep the #1 but takes Mclemore
* They choose to pair Mclemore with Irving to form one of the brightest young back courts in the league - trade Waiters for a another lottery pick to draft a big...

2. Nerlens Noel falls to the #2 spot and Orlando was willing to trade the #2 for proven talent to go with their young core, rather than draft a player who could spend the majority of the season recovering from knee surgery. Nerlens expresses a strong desire to play in Boston...

Rondo, Lee and Bradley?
Rondo and Sully
Green and Sully
Green, Lee or Bradley

is including next year's first round pick a deal-breaker for some?

I would like to keep Sully.

I would be willing to give up Rondo. I don't care much for Jeff Green so happy to move him. Bradley has less value without Rondo around so willing to move him too. Courtney Lee is irrelevant in long term view. No issues moving him.

In a world where we're trading either Rondo or green for a player who should sit out most or all of next year, absolutely yes.  Our team could be really dreadful next year, since presumably KG and Pierce are also out given this trade.

Rondo

For

#2/Vucevic/Turkey-Glue

I have zero interest in trading Rondo straight up for Noel

The entire Celtic roster.

It put us way under the cap, we'd have a young superstar to watch blossom, and we'd be in great shape to land Wiggins.

Bradley n' a pick. Maybe even Lee or Bass if we got good return.

I'm not high on "Nerlens"

So you'd trade our franchise's superstar for a Center who is 6'10 who is coming off an ACL injury, and managed to be top only because of such a weak draft?

Noel is no superstar, if anything the person I think that'd shine the most would be Alex Len, Shabazz, Burke, and Porter,

That's an interesting idea.

Instead of Vucevic, I wonder if Orlando would consider giving up Toby Harris or Mo Harkless.

Hedo's contract is like Pierce's, only guaranteed for a few million. He could be rerouted in another deal, or cut loose for cap savings.

Who do you take at #2 if Noel is gone? McLemore? Oladipo?

I'd much rather have Vucevic in the deal. I love the idea of a Vucevic/Sullinger/Noel front court.

If Noel is gone, I choose McLemore with no hesitation. No real "stars" in this draft but I think McLemore is going to be special. He can absolutely fill it up and efficiently to boot.

I'd do Green, Sully, and pick number 16.

I have no interest in giving up Rondo.

Noel reminds me most of Kenyon Martin.  Good player, sure.  But not a franchise player because of his lack of offensive upside.

So you'd trade our franchise's superstar for a Center who is 6'10 who is coming off an ACL injury,
Our "superstar" is also coming off ACL surgery.  I am not suggesting we trade Rondo for Noel, I don't think Noel has proven enough to be that kind of a lock first pick but I don't doubt that DA is shopping Rondo to see what he could get (and I am OK with that).
