Could trade Crawford for Vince Carter, too. Would trim another $1 mil off their books for next year.
Edit: Not sure now. Works in Trade Machine, but I'm skeptical now I look more closely at the numbers.
IIRC what makes the most sense is Pierce for Marion/Carter/Cunningham, then waive Pierce=8.3ish in cap savings. Everything else is either a player option that will be exercised (Mayo) or a qualifying offer they can decline to offer (Collison, Beaubois). Leaves them with money for near-max offers to Paul and Howard, or easily enough for Howard at the max outright.
Everything else leaves them with a near albatross of Marion's 8 million on the books.
If we were able to parlay T-Will, White, and Shav for Carter and the first, that'd be so very, very sweet.
Either way, Jordan Crawford is fully guaranteed for next year, so I don't think that works.
