Boston sends: Paul Pierce

Denver sends: Wilson Chandler, Kosta Koufos, Andre Miller

Denver cashes in some role players and gets a leading scorer/stop gap while Gallo likely misses most of or all of next season. Only on the books for a year, there's no long term commitment and they can decide what to do when Gallo returns while staying in contention.

Lawson
Iggy
Pierce
Faried
McGee

Boston gets a reasonably young and skilled center in Koufos. Chandler has been somewhat injury-prone lately but is still only 25 years old and on a very reasonable contract. Miller is included for salary purposes
*CB Miami Heat*
Kyle Lowry, Dwayne Wade, 13th pick in even numbered rounds, 18th pick in odd numbered rounds.

No interest. I would rather just let Pierce leave with nothing in return.

I don't see Koufos or W.Chandler as part of a rebuilding process. Nice role players on a title-contender but they don't offer much in rebuilding.

Good for Denver don't really see the point for celtics.

I know people love 7 footers because they are tall but koufos is so average really doesn't do it for me.

The main piece you are picking up is chandler where you already have one of your only holes filled

I understand the philosophy of saving the money and choosing to let Pierce walk. However if you are going to trade Pierce this is probably about the best you're going to get
