Yet another year where the DPOY is not on the 1st team all defense

Happens a lot, but again this year Marc Gasol wins the defensive player of the year but is not on the 1st team all defense.  In fact both Noah and Chandler are on the 1st team, while Gasol is not.

Considering that coaches vote for Defensive teams, and media votes for DPOY, I'm a little surprised this hasn't happened more often.
