Yeah I don't like that one at all.  Zaza, Williams, and a 1st and I'd at least consider it, but as constructed there is no point in that trade.

I am a bit reticent about acquiring a center coming off of surgery to repair a partially torn Achilles.  He had it in early April with a timetable of a six-month recovery.

If it looks likes the Hawks are going to lose Smith and end up entering tank mode, I wonder if they can be talked into a package involving players like Courtney Lee, Jordan Crawford, and Fab Melo in a S&T for Zaza.

Definitely not.

Pierce has more value for us whether he retires or not than those two guys. And I love Zaza's grit. But no. We lose that deal.
